STATE TRANSIT ACCESS GRANT, SUMMARY OF TERMS (Cedar Valley Transit)

Annual award: $60,000, paid in the fiscal year following a full year of qualifying service.

Qualifying service: the grant is awarded for "late-evening service connecting the regional
hospital to residential areas." On the current service plan, only Route 7 meets this
definition.

If Route 7 is eliminated, or if its service to the hospital stops is cut below 20 hours
per week, the $60,000 annual grant is forfeited.

Reductions to other routes do not affect the grant.
